We architected, designed and implemented one of the largest private telephony systems in the world.  The project was built on Cisco, Genesys and Avaya technologies and utilized Nuance to power the speech applications.  The project included replacing over 100,000 phone extensions, converting over 16,000 phone numbers to VOIP and develop applications generating billions in revenue annually.
