How we started.
TeamCONVERGENCE was founded in 2006 by a group of experienced IT leaders with diverse background in Healthcare, Finance, Markets, Aviation, Strategy, Business Development, start-ups/early stage, eCommerce and Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures. Our Founder's mission was to establish a quality boutique Management Consulting business that only serves Chicago and the metropolitan area. The result was that we formed a radically different firm – one uniquely specializing in providing quality corporate advice and hands-on support geared toward organizations facing mission-critical operational and financial hurdles – situations demanding leadership, action, clarity, objectivity and results.
Today, TeamCONVERGENCE helps organizations form, execute, and thrive. With capabilities including Management Consulting, Venture Investment and Advisory, our integrated businesses provide value to the organizations and communities we serve. Our consulting group helps clients develop strategic insights and translate them into impact. Our clients look to us for industry and functional expertise combined with our ability to execute. Our capital group provides deep venture advisory expertise, leveraging our broad network and the horsepower to drive portfolio companies’ growth and success.
